True jungle paradise by day, with natural pools and waterfalls, and the loudest choir of wildlife you will ever hear and light show from lightning bugs by night. The private suite was incredibly clean and cute. My wife and I aren’t into new age spiritualism as much as the normal guest of the temple might see, but we love connecting with nature just the same. Same love but a different perspective. The host was wonderful and accommodating regardless and if anything we enjoyed her reading material and looking into a world outside of our own. We will remember this place if we ever return to PR. The highlight of our trip.

The house is in middle of the forest and you will encounter lots of chicken, peacock... read more and PR special frogs known as Coqui. The place was beautiful and you will forget about the rest of the world and enjoy everything the nature has to offer.

The bathtubs overlooking the waterfalls is amazing and we spent most of our time in there.
River stream keeps the kids occupied and it’s very relaxing.
The private waterfalls mentioned in the post, is absolutely amazing. Walking to the falls might require some clear instructions but once you get there, you will have a great experience swimming and enjoying the falls.

Note: Driving to this place requires special mention. If you are driving from Sanjuan via PR149, there are absolutely steep curves and don’t shy away from honking while driving in this area. The is a steep ramp once you reach the property and be careful to not take big turns while getting in or out of the house.
