Use the following Trust Cheat Sheet to fill out the main roles in the trust. Really sit with this. Using this trust, you may get it notarized, and then fill out the Certificate of Trust to present to any bank and get a trust account for your church.
The Trust is vastly encompassing so make sure you fill out these sections only after much thought. If not sure, leave blank the spaces you can, which is what the temple did for much of that like property etc. And do not fill it out until you feel ready. IE, don’t just jump into it… or do, but you may have to redo things later.
